MOCKINGBIRD CORPORATION'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MOCKINGBIRD CORPORATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
